Our work is custom and starts as soon as your advance is received, so refunds depend on how far the project has progressed.

Cancel before work starts

Your advance is refunded after a 10% processing fee.

Cancel after work has started

The advance is not refundable. It covers the work done and the time reserved for your project.

Cancel after design approval

Amounts paid up to that point are not refundable.

After publish or handover

No refund is given. You still receive free-fix support for 7, 15 or 30 days depending on your package (Starter, Standard, Premium).

How to request a cancellation

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 63599 56359 or reply to your quotation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable time.
