Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to every project you commission from Zen Funnels Pro, Vapi, Gujarat, India. Your signed quotation, or your written approval by email or WhatsApp, means you accept them.

1. Scope

We deliver what is listed in your quotation. Anything extra is a change request and is charged separately.

2. Payment

Starter and Standard: 50% advance before work starts and 50% before publish or handover. Premium: 40% advance, 30% after design approval and 30% before publish or handover. Late payment pauses work and extends the timeline.

3. Timeline

The timeline starts after we receive the advance and the content we need from you. Delays in feedback or content extend the timeline.

4. Revisions

Starter and Standard include 2 revision rounds per stage. Premium includes 3. Extra rounds are charged.

5. Your responsibilities

You give timely feedback and accurate content, and you confirm you have the rights to all text, images, music and testimonials you supply.

6. Ownership

Ownership of the final deliverables passes to you on full payment. We may keep reusable frameworks, templates and non-confidential work.

7. Third-party costs

Ad spend, domain, hosting, payment gateway fees, stock media and third-party tool subscriptions are paid by you directly and are not included in our prices.

8. Content and compliance

You are responsible for the claims made in your content. We do not create illegal, misleading or policy-violating content, and we may decline unsafe claims. Our checks against Meta or Google policies are advisory only.

9. No guarantee of results

We do not promise any number of sales, leads, rankings or ad results.

10. Support after handover

We fix bugs in delivered work free for 7 days (Starter), 15 days (Standard) or 30 days (Premium) after handover. Ongoing support is a paid plan.

11. Confidentiality

We keep your information and your customers' data private and use it only to deliver your project.

12. Portfolio

We may showcase the finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us in writing that you opt out.

14. Numero-Vaastu guidance

Where included, this is traditional guidance for awareness and design alignment. It does not guarantee any specific result.

15. Liability and jurisdiction

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project. Disputes are subject to the courts of Vapi, Gujarat, India.
